Razor Wire Barriers are manufactured at TSE Standards and Turkish Armed Forces Technical Spects leading ISO 9001 : 2008 process. Product are tested at every stage to meet these standards and specifications and test results are provided to our customers.
AISI 304 quality stainless steel Razor Band carries a 10 year warranty when used under normal weather conditions.

In addition to relevant chemical and mechanical certifications, the following tests are performed once the Razor Wire is produced.

 
 
1) Testing the clinch of Razor Band on the core wire at an impact of at least 45.3kg.
2) Testing at +70 C for five hours against fractures and deformation.
3) Testing at –25 C for five years against fractures and deformation.
